Terrestrial – Art & Architecture is a non-profit London-based architectural studio working conscientiously both locally and worldwide. We act neither globalist nor nationalist, but Earth-bound.
All of our work supports grassroots organisations and communities of place, need and common interest to positively impact their environments.
We see art and architecture as integral parts of everyday life. The design of our environments, both the process as well as the final physical spaces, supports health and wellbeing and impacts inequality and the twin crisis of the climate and biodiversity emergencies.
We look to address these profound societal and planetary challenges by reframing architecture as an activity that helps connect us to the world around us, that is worthwhile in itself and not solely about what is produced, and one that everybody can and should be able to take part in.
