We review specific requirements with each collaborator on a project by project basis. These are broken down into four overlapping categories:

01 – Architectural Design Services:

We provide full architectural design services inline with the RIBA Plan of Work. We work at all stages of construction projects, including briefing, site analysis, concept design, spatial coordination, technical design, planning, tender, construction, hand over and in use.

02 – Supplementary Design Services:

From our experience at multidisciplinary practices that specialise in bespoke and design led approaches - we operate at all scales of designed environments. From furniture, interiors and exhibitions to landscaping, public realm and masterplans.

03 – Co-creation, Development & Advisory Roles:

We are passionate about unlocking potential and helping to initiate projects. We think it is important that there is a diversity of approaches between public, private and community stakeholders. We also believe it is important to cultivate partnerships between them all. When communities are actively involved in the development of their environments, better places are created.

With our professional and specialist skills, we assist projects beyond just design. We can act as initiator and lead of co-creation and community participation, as well as provide support for development partners and give input as Design Advisors. We can supplement in-house resources and help meet the challenges of the climate and biodiversity emergencies. We compile feasibility studies, assist with business plans, develop frameworks, facilitate consultant and contractor procurement, produce education and cultural programmes and provide the energy to bring projects to life.

04 – Art & Research Practice:

We investigate critical contemporary concerns through both commissions and self-initiated projects. We look for different opportunities to share our work to promote ideas to a wider audience and encourage conversations. Formats can include exhibitions, written articles, workshops and events. In every project, we rely on a strong empirical approach and where possible, we try to find opportunities to share experience and knowledge in a tacit manner.
